How it works
Three steps to your Malaysian degree
The entire process runs online. No need to visit us in person — we’ve helped students from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and beyond without a single in-person meeting.

Book a free online consultation
Tell us your results, budget, and career goals. Our counsellor builds you a personalised university shortlist — usually within 24 hours of your first message.

Submit your documents
We prepare your application, organise all required documents, write your supporting statement, and submit everything directly to the university on your behalf.

Get your offer letter and fly
Once you have your offer, we walk you through the Malaysian student visa step by step — from document checklist to interview prep, if needed. Then you fly.
What We Do
Every service, completely free
You pay exactly the same tuition fees as applying directly. We earn through official university partnerships — which means our advice is always in your interest, not a commission bias.
University & course matching
We find the right fit based on your academic background, budget, and career goals — not just any available seat. We shortlist 3–5 options and explain the pros and cons of each.
Application & document support
We prepare your SOP, organise every required document, and submit your application — then follow up with the university until you get a decision in writing.
Student visa guidance
Step-by-step guidance through Malaysia's student visa process, with a personalised checklist tailored to your nationality, programme, and intake date.
Scholarship assistance
We identify available scholarships at your chosen university and help you apply for them. Many of our students receive 20–50% partial funding they didn't know they were eligible for.
Accommodation & pre-arrival
We connect you with verified student housing near your campus before you arrive, so you land in Malaysia with a room, not a problem.
Pre-departure support
Flight tips, packing guides, how to open a Malaysian bank account, SIM card setup, and what to expect on day one. We prepare you for everything.

Who We Are
Built by people who know the journey
Edugoo was founded in Dhaka with a simple mission: make studying in Malaysia as clear and stress-free as possible for South Asian students.
We’ve placed 200+ students across Malaysia’s top universities since 2022, maintaining a 98% visa approval rate. Our team speaks Bengali, English, and Malay — so you’ll never feel lost in translation or lost in the process.
Our service is entirely free to students. We earn through official university partnership agreements, which means we have zero incentive to push you toward a school that isn’t right for you.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know before you apply
If your question isn’t here, message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply within 2 hours.
No — edugoo’s service is completely free for students. You pay exactly the same university fees as if you applied directly. We earn a placement fee from our partner universities, which means our incentive is to find you the right fit, not just any available seat. There are no hidden charges, no processing fees, and no surprises.
Requirements vary by programme and university. For undergraduate (Bachelor’s) programmes, most universities accept SSC + HSC (or equivalent) with minimum GPA 2.5–3.0 out of 5.0. For postgraduate (Master’s) programmes, a completed Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 2.5 is usually required. Foundation and Diploma programmes have lower entry requirements. Book a free consultation and we’ll tell you exactly which programmes you qualify for today.
On average, our students go from first consultation to receiving their student visa in 6–10 weeks. Here’s the typical timeline: University application and offer letter — 2 to 3 weeks. Visa application processing — 3 to 5 weeks. Some universities issue offer letters in as little as 5 business days. The earlier you start, the smoother it is.
Malaysia is genuinely affordable compared to Western countries. A realistic monthly budget for a student in Kuala Lumpur: Accommodation (shared room near campus) — RM 400–700. Food (3 meals/day including halal options) — RM 400–600. Transport — RM 100–150. Personal expenses — RM 200–300. Total: approximately RM 1,100–1,750 per month (roughly USD 230–370). This varies slightly by city and lifestyle.
Yes. International students in Malaysia are permitted to work up to 20 hours per week during semester breaks and public holidays, provided they are enrolled in a full-time programme at an approved private university. During the academic term, working is generally not permitted. We advise all students on the exact rules applicable to their visa type during our pre-departure consultation.

Yes — and more than most students realise. Many of our partner universities offer merit-based scholarships ranging from 10% to 50% off tuition fees. Some students with strong SSC and HSC results have received up to 100% tuition waivers. edugoo actively identifies scholarship opportunities at each university and includes scholarship applications as a standard part of our service at no extra cost.
Yes. Degrees from Malaysia’s accredited private universities are recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and accepted by employers in Bangladesh, the UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and other countries. Several of our partner universities also offer UK-twinning programmes — meaning your degree is jointly awarded by a British university. We explain all accreditation options during your consultation.
For most programmes you will need: SSC and HSC certificates and mark sheets. National ID card or passport (valid for at least 18 months). Passport-size photographs. English language certificate (if available — not always required). A personal statement (we help you write this). Some universities may require additional documents. We provide a personalised checklist after your first consultation.
There are several smart ways to earn while studying in Malaysia. Many students stay involved in part-time work, freelancing, or online work after class hours. You can also work during semester breaks and vacation periods with university approval — making it a practical option without disrupting your studies.
The most important thing is keeping your class attendance consistent. If you can maintain that, managing both your studies and your earnings is completely possible. In fact, many students are already covering their own living costs independently — and you can too.
